Event Timeline:
Registration & networking begins 11:00 a.m.
Doors open 11:15 a.m.
Event begins 11:45 a.m.
Event ends 1:00 p.m.
Networking ends 2:00 p.m.

Ticket Options:
Table Purchase: $500 per table. Tables seat 8 and will be reserved seating.
Individual Tickets: $75 per ticket. Individual tickets are open seating and not assigned to a table.
Lunch is included with all tickets. Registration closes April 29, 2026.

Prairie Meadows Parking Information:
Parking is free and plentiful at Prairie Meadows. When you’re in the parking lot looking at the building, you’ll want to use the middle entrance that has the sign THE MEADOWS above the awning/doorway.

Attire:
Inspiring Women of Iowa is an opportunity to network with an incredible community supporting women and girls. Many guests will be coming from work to attend the event, and suggested attire is business casual. You may also choose to wear a nice spring dress or a sports jacket and shirt (ties not required).
