Event Timeline:
Registration & networking begins 11:00 a.m.
Ballroom doors open 11:15 a.m.
Event begins 12:00 p.m.
Event ends 1:00 p.m.
Networking ends 2:00 p.m.

The luncheon will take place inside the Bishop Ballroom at The Meadows Events & Conference Center at Prairie Meadows. You will receive an email Tuesday, May 6, 2025 with your table assignment.

Join us starting at 11:00am for pre-event networking. Enjoy refreshments, fun & interactive photo stations, and networking. Trixie's Salon & Spa is offering complimentary hand and shoulder massages, and Girl Scout Cookies and custom RAYGUN shirts will be available for purchase to support Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa.

The ballroom doors will open at 11:15 a.m. and the event program will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m. When you arrive to your table, meals are preset. Feel free to begin eating once you are seated. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction and indicated that during the registration process, your place setting will be identified. A ballroom map can be found here.

Prairie Meadows Parking Information:
Parking is free and plentiful at Prairie Meadows. When you’re in the parking lot looking at the building, you’ll want to use the middle entrance that has the sign THE MEADOWS above the awning/doorway.

Attire:
Inspiring Women of Iowa is an opportunity to network with an incredible community supporting women and girls. Many guests will be coming from work to attend the event, and suggested attire is business casual. You may also choose to wear a nice spring dress or a sports jacket and shirt (ties not required).
